It's from the San Juan Cooperative in the Caranavi province in Bolivia. This CoOp formed in the seventies with the aspiration to improve coffee production and social welfare for the farmers. The coop is about 40 farmers who produce coffee on about 200 hectares and is one of the oldest cooperatives in all of Bolivia.
It's so fucking good. Smooth with a great salted caramel. There is some apple, chocolate, and really sweet cherry in this blend as well.
